This is the system for making the hazardous gas-contained air cleaned by using activated carbon so that the cleaned air can be expelled to the air after removing the hazardous materials contained at the gas having occurred during manufacturing process.

The way of adsorption for the activated carbon tower is divided by both physical and chemical adsorption. While the gas containing hazardous materials is passing through the activated carbon layers, the gas shall be adsorbed to the activated carbons by adsorption reaction and thereafter the clean air with no gas shall be expelled to the air.
